Google Chrome infinite loading

Hello everyone,
.
.
(Issue)
Since this morning, Google Chrome is no longer connecting to any website, while it was working perfectly fine the day before. When I try to access a site, the page remains blank and the little ring (which stays gray) spins indefinitely with "Loading..." displayed. I've left it running for hours hoping to get an error message, but it doesn't work.
.
(Observations)
My internet connection is still active.
IE and Firefox work. (Firefox lags and crashes if I open too many windows at once, which wasn't the case with Chrome that remained fluid)
I can log into Chrome (in the browser options), I enter my credentials, and it tells me I'm connected. I can also log out.
.
(Attempted Solutions)
I obviously restarted the PC, reinstalled Chrome, several times without success.
Cookies are still accepted and no proxy has been configured.
I also ran a scan/cleanup with CCleaner, Spybot, MalwareBytes, and RegCleaner without detecting any major risks.
Finally, I uninstalled the Java updates and the software downloaded the day before, even though I first scanned them with Kaspersky without finding any threats.
.
.
No one seems to have experienced these same symptoms; I did some googling.
.
.
Any idea on how to resolve this rather annoying problem?

Anyone? For now, only Safari is really working well, IE and Firefox are slow, and Maxthon crashes as soon as I watch a stream or a video from Dailymotion.

Check if your antivirus/firewall is not blocking Chrome
Try uninstalling Chrome and its data via the control panel
Check in your programs to see if there's no more Chrome
Try cleaning your PC's registry (1)
Then try cleaning with TDS Killer (2)
After the scans, shut down the PC > turn it back on and download Chrome (3)

Switching browsers is definitely a very good idea, but I would still like to know what problem occurred, not just work around it.
I'm testing Maxthon in the meantime, thanks ;)
EDIT: @maxasse520
I already came across this solution this afternoon, it didn't work :/
Any other ideas?

Thank you for your responses, I found it by myself...
Video games help solve problems, it's proven!!
I just updated my graphics card drivers and it's working again, let's hope that was the issue.

Problem SOLVED
I also had this problem recently, and after searching for several days on countless forums, I managed to solve the issue on my end (I don't know if the cause of the problem is the same for you…)
In fact, it is an infestation of a virus, which sneaks in when installing new software; it secretly installs a 'toolbar' (Babylon/Delta Search/Ask) in the settings and in the registry of different web browsers.
<avoid software from other sites, Always take from the official site!>
In principle, by correcting the default search engine in the settings of Google Chrome (Google instead of toolbar search) AND uninstalling the toolbar through the control panel/uninstall a program; it should work quickly again;
However, for me it wasn't enough; 15-second slowdowns for every tab opening persisted;
I then consulted tons of forums, tried improbable things, and nothing worked. I ran antivirus/antimalware scans with Zone Alarm, Malwarebytes, Windows Scan, Spybot..... it yielded no results.
I then tried another antimalware: AdwCleaner to find and destroy this virus which was well hidden in the depths of my PC;
and there, after a 5-minute scan, closing other programs, then pressing the delete button at the end of the scan..... nothing!
The virus was destroyed! And Google Chrome has regained the legs of its 20 years!
Anyway, I'm writing all this to help some people who have the same problem as I did since it took me days to find the solution! Even though be careful, this is not the absolute solution, and it may not work for you with AdwCleaner but with another one....
To summarize and conclude:
- 15s slowdown for each tab = installed toolbar/virus
- if random problem and Firefox and other browsers are not affected, then it is not a connection or proxy problem but a hidden virus!
- goal: run a scan with an antimalware (for me it's AdwCleaner that succeeded best) then click on delete
- if the problem persists, try another antimalware, or reinstall Chrome from scratch, or try a complete registry cleanup / or at worst a big restore
hoping to help all those who have this problem.
See you!
