Hello, when I search on Google Chrome, a loading window pops up in the middle and doesn't stop, and there's no close button so I can't exit or perform my search. It's not due to my connection as it's pretty good, how can I make that frame disappear?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,
Download ZHPdiag, open ZHPdiag click on Scan at the end of the scan you will have a report on the desktop in the form of a text file named ZHPdiag you post it on https://www.cjoint.com/ then you put the link generated by cjoint in your response.

      1- Download ZHPcleaner
      - Open ZHPcleaner by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator
      - Accept the "terms of use" (CLUF)
      - Once ZHPcleaner is open, click on Scan
      - Once the scan is complete, click on Clean
      - After the cleaning is finished, a report will appear, send it to me via https://www.cjoint.com/
      Restart your PC.
      Then:
2- Reset Google Chrome see HERE
      Then:
3- Check if Google Chrome works and then make a new ZHPdiag report.
