Hello, I have an LG DVS 7800 dual-function VCR, the DVD player works, but the video cassette player suddenly no longer reads tapes, although it still turns. I have cleaned the heads; thank you for helping me solve the problem.

This can only be related to a mechanical malfunction (related to the reading head, or something else).
