Hello,
My esteemed colleague Afrikarnak had already asked you a question !!!
You haven't provided any clarifications, as your request remains just as vague.
However, if it’s a payment via Western Union, for whatever reason, don’t expect any refund with what seems to be
an African scam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As soon as you start dealing with "business" involving shady characters living in West Africa, you’ve irrevocably lost your money!!!!
Any other questions???
See you later

By the way, it's a friend of mine who got trapped and he has already sent money via Western Union to a certain Sandriene Wilson living in London who contacted him via Facebook to offer computers and he needed to send money for transportation and taxes to a certain Agbangbatin Malo (service Top Chrono) and until this evening, the guy named "Didier" who serves as an intermediary contacted him to say that he will receive the package as soon as he is in possession of the money. I'm asking for solutions; I know the money is lost, but we should warn others.
I am also in this situation. There is a friend on Facebook whose name is Barot Severine, who lives in London. Apparently, she sent 2 computers and a camera to the agency Top Chrono, and her sister fell ill, and she returned to London, leaving the packages at the agency. Now she wants to give them to me as a gift. She gave me the agency's number, but I agree with this; it's just a network of Senegalese people playing this game. There are victims.
I am online with a scammer from Top Chrono who wants to lower me. Here are his words: I am looking for a trusted friend in Africa because it has been 3 months since my sister came to Africa, specifically to BENIN, for a vaccination session. She asked me to send her belongings, including two TOSHIBA laptops for her and her friend, and a SAMSUNG digital camera to take some pictures in BENIN, a necklace, and a credit card with an amount of 9000 EUROS. I sent her this, and she got sick, so she returned to LONDON without picking up the items that are at the Top Chrono transport service in Benin. So I would like to give you the computers and the camera, the necklace, and then the credit card if you want. I will put you in touch with the TOP-CHRONO agency that holds the packages.
Hello
The theorem of the mandate to an unknown person
Any money sent abroad to an unknown person via Western Union abroad
or by urgent cash transfer in France is considered
definitively lost for the sender.

You really have to be stupid to send money to someone you don't know

We are writing ...../.... because a certain Sandriene Wilson living in London
And probably a phone with the code 0044 70 xxxxx
These numbers must reassure the victim that it is indeed a person located in England.
They are not English numbers but numbers called "personal numbers" or "follow-me-numbers." These numbers can be redirected to almost any mobile or landline phone anywhere in the world.
So be careful, Code 004470 ... flextel number. Certainty of attempted scam
The company FLEXTEL based in the UK... They offer numbers +44 70x .... with call redirection to almost any (or almost) number in the world. This convenience is often used by scammers from West Africa and elsewhere.

I completely agree with you. g3n-h@ckm@n
I am shocked to see the number of people who get scammed and even take time to understand simple scams.
It takes a minimum of common sense to see it. People are so gullible to send money to a stranger who promises a refund or payment!!!!???
It's not the scammers that shock me, but the number of pigeons who fall for it.
That's insane!

There is a certain Acero Rosemonde on Facebook from London who wants me to believe that she has a package in Benin. To receive this package, I need to send 60 euros as the shipping fees.
I almost got scammed by an Alicia AMIRALE from London who wants to give me a Toshiba computer and a SAMSUNG camera via TOP CHRONO BENIN.
Beware, friends!
Beware, friends!
The only thing is to be wary of it. You need to let all your friends know; it's going around the world.
Ah yes, everyone has the same problem! This time she says her name was Sandrine Duplex, living in London. I randomly came across her on Facebook, and it's the same method she wants to use to scam me! I just conversed with her a minute ago. She just gave me the phone number top chrono Benin 00229 99 95 14 66 / or +229 97 27 53 08! It's incredible! Isn't there any solution to this deceptive game?
Infinitely thank you all for these testimonies, you just opened my eyes because I was about to send money to those foolish scammers. Always the same story about packages (computer, phone, gold necklace....) friends, let’s be careful because life is not that easy. Read the message I received: "

You know a month ago my sister went to Africa more specifically to BENIN
for a vaccination session and she asked me to send her two laptops for her and her friend, a camera to take some pictures in BENIN, a Samsung Galaxy tablet, and a gold necklace. I sent her that, but unfortunately she fell ill, so she returned to LONDON to get treatment without picking up the package that is at the TOP CHRONO transport service in Benin, so I would like to give you a gift of the two laptops, the camera, the Samsung Galaxy tablet, and the gold necklace."
You see that it’s the same stories...
LET'S BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY WILL CHANGE STRATEGY, let’s especially inform our friends.
Thank you.

Dear brothers, I also received two girls, one who works at ACDI and the other in the same organization, but the subjects are different.
1-- The first one told me she has a Toyota car, a Toshiba computer, and a digital camera. She told me that the equipment is at the top chrono headquarters in Benin, Cotonou, with different phone numbers. She asked me to send a mandate to the headquarters via Western Union. The amount is $1380, and she asked me to contact Mr. Director YAYA SABOUR or his secretary, MS. RACHELLE ADOUI. However, I did my research online and found nothing about it.
When I found your comments about scams, I changed my mind. Thank you, my friends.

Hello, my name is Ndiaye and I am Senegalese. I was almost scammed by the same network claiming to be the top chrono service of Benin. A Canadian woman by the name of Reine Salvadore, working in London at IFRTD, told me the following on Skype (as she wrote to me): [02/06/2013 12: Reine SALVADORE:
I want to have absolute trust in you for something very
important, three months ago my sister came to West Africa, specifically Benin, for a vaccination session for orphans and sick children supported by the UN.
She asked me to send her two laptops for herself and her friend, a camera to take pictures of these beloved children and see what Africa and Benin look like, a Visa blue card for online purchases containing a sum of 8500 euros, a tablet and two gold necklaces.
When I sent her this package, she might have been seriously ill
so she returned to Canada on the doctor's instructions who was
treating her without picking up the package which is at the delivery service
TOP CHRONO EXPRESS COURIER service of Benin. So I would like to give you this gift of the package given our friendship and your dedication to my personality.
So here is the address of the TOP CHRONO EXPRESS COURIER delivery service in Benin if you don’t mind? When writing to them you must take care to provide your personal information about your identity to allow them to identify you once the package is there.

EXPRESS of Benin that you will write on my behalf:
Address: Patte d'Oie, 01 BP 1243 Cotonou UNIWORLD-BENIN
01 B.P: 1243 Cotonou Top Chrono Building
Phone: (229) 98-28-75-20
Email: service-top-chrono@outlook.fr.
In short, it is a scam network, a few days later, I received an email saying that I must send 300 euros via Western Union for the shipping costs of the package with a Beninese identity document that is no longer valid.

Hello, I am Badirou and I am in Gabon. I got caught by their scam. At first, my brother told me to be careful, but I remained optimistic because of the girl's number in London and the service chief's number, which was different. So I'm telling you, no matter the message, if there's a scam, never get involved in their games.
