Problème shutdown

Bonjour, j'ai un petit problème, j'ai créer une page shutdown sur mon ordinateur
bureau---> clic droit--->nouveau--->raccourci---> shutdown.exe-s-t 600
alors mon ordinateur c'est bien éteint 10min plus tard mais en le rallumant j'ai supprimer ce fichier shutdown sur le bureau mais il s'est rééteint 10min après alors j'aimerais savoir comment arrêter ce problème.
