Hello,
I reformatted my Packard Bell PC model Yamit GP (YMG00) which originally ran on Vista, and I installed Windows 7.
In the Device Manager, I have 3 devices with a yellow triangle.
- 1 unknown device
- 2 Base System Devices
Unknown Device (Detail)
- ACPI\ITE8708
- *ITE8708
Base System Device (General)
- PCI Bus Location 9, Device 1, Function 3
Error code 28
- Detail: Base System Device
Base System Device (General)
- PCI Bus Location 9, Device 1, Function 2
Error code 28
- Detail: Base System Device
I tried to update these drivers via the internet, but it says "Windows found no driver"
Then in the Device Manager (Network Card), I have 2 detected devices and one unknown.
Unknown Device (Detail)
- *ISATAP
When I try to update it online, the message tells me "Windows found a driver, but encountered an error while trying to install it. A device attached to the system is not functioning properly."
I went to the Packard Bell website, but my model is not listed so I can't find the drivers. Then, I tried ftp://ftp.download.packardbell.com/ (saw on another topic that gave this solution), but I don't understand what these folders are for and none of these folders correspond to my PC model.
Can anyone help me solve the problem please?
Thank you in advance for your future help.
