Divers problèmes

Bonjour,

Voilà je rencontre plusieurs problèmes,c'est parti du fait que je voulais graver un cd, mais impossible que ce soit avec le lecteur windows media player ou avec nero 12. Sous windows media player, sur chauqe fichier ca me marque Préparation, puis quand il s'agit de passer à l'Ecriture çà le fait en une secondes pour toute les pistes et j'ai le message d'erreur "Le Lecteur Windows Media a rencontré un problème lors de la gravure du fichier sur le disque".
Le cd n'a pas l'air d'avoir été utilisé puisque j'ai essayé plusieurs fois de suite et çà ne me demande pas de mettre un cd vierge.
Sous Nero 12 la simulation se passe correctement mais l'écriture bloque à 6% avec le message d'erreur suivant :

Alors je sors et je remets mon cd dans mon ordinateur mais il y a plus l'execution automatique.
Enfin j'ai voulu mettre windows à jour avec windows update via le Panneau de configuration, mais alors que sur le panneau de configuration c'est écrit qu'il y a 12 mises à jour facultatives quand je clique dessus rien ne s'affiche...
