Hello,
I have searched in vain for a solution to my problem.
Recently, even if I want to download a free app from my app store, it asks for my billing information. I tried anyway, but it rejects my credit card details, telling me they're not correct!!!
In short, I'm quite bothered that I can't download anything anymore...
If someone has experienced this issue or has a solution...
Thank you!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

Hi, I had this problem. Here's how I solved it:
If the "None" option is not available:
Return to the App Store, when it shows "Validation needed", click "Continue", and there, the much sought-after "None" is present, check it, click "Continue",
There you go!
- Settings / iCloud /
set up Family Sharing
- then Settings / iTunes / Apple ID / View Apple ID / Billing / check None.
If the "None" option is not available:
- Settings > iCloud > Family > Stop Family Sharing
Return to the App Store, when it shows "Validation needed", click "Continue", and there, the much sought-after "None" is present, check it, click "Continue",
There you go!

But it keeps telling me to start family sharing, I don't understand anything, it's driving me crazy.

I'm fed up, those Apple scammers make us pay as if they didn't have enough money, they're beggars. Long live Samsung!
