Hello,
I need to print and bind a document, but the company has asked me to do the imposition.
I have a 20-page document in A4 format (A3 folded in half when bound).
I'm really not sure about the order in which my pages should be.
I created my document in InDesign; the pages are not facing each other but are one after the other.
Could you please enlighten me on the order of pages I should give to the printer?
Thank you in advance.
NB: I need to submit my document in a few hours unfortunately.
Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 24.0.1312.57

I would like to apply the formatting to my document as well, but I have the impression that it can only be done when you are about to print? Is there no way to do it directly on the document? Thank you very much for your reply!
Which is almost the same since after imposing, you can bring your double PDF pages back into InDesign...
The problem is that I don't want to print at home; I need to send my document directly to someone in PDF format with the imposition... So instead of doing everything by hand, I would have liked to find a function that does it for me if that had been possible! :-)
You just need to select a PDF printer and you will have your imposed pages in the file (with bleed and crop marks according to the parameters you specified).
You can select the printer in the "Print settings" option (at the bottom right of the window).
