* Télécharge le FixWareout d'un de ces deux sites sur le bureau:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/Fixwareout.exe
Lance le fix: clique sur Next, puis Install, puis assure toi que "Run fixit" est activé puis clique sur Finish.
Le fix va commencer, suis les messages à l'écran. Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, fais le.
Ton système mettra un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.
Quand ton système aura redémarré, suis les invites des messages. Ensuite lance HijackThis. Clique sur Scan et coche les lignes suivantes:
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.115.21 85.255.112.91
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.115.21 85.255.112.91
Clique sur Fix Checked. Ferme HijackThis et clique sur OK pour continuer la procédure.
A la fin du fix, tu auras peut-être encore besoin de redémarrer le PC.
Au final, poste le contenu du fichier C:\fixwareout\report.txt avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis, il restera encore des choses à voir

Si et seulement si il y a des difficultés de connexion après cette manip:
Démarrer---->Paramètres---->Panneau de configuration---->Connexions réseau
Faire un clic droit sur la connexion par défaut, nommée en général "Connexion au réseau local" ou "Accès à distance" si tuutilise un modem téléphonique, et choisir Propriétés.
Faire un double clic sur l'élément Protocole Internet (TCP/IP) et choisir le bouton-radio Obtenir les adresses des serveurs DNS automatiquement.
Clique deux fois sur OK, et redémarre l'ordinateur.

clique Scan puis Next
Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport,
sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).
Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NE PAS choisir l'option "Rename" de suite : nous devons analyser le rapport,
car des fichiers légitimes peuvent être présents, tel wbemtest.exe

* Télécharge CCleaner
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner.html
("Download Latest Version", sur la droite).
Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.
* télécharge Brute Force Uninstaller
http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip
* FAIS UN CLIC-DROIT sur le lien ci dessous
http://metallica.geekstogo.com/EGDACCESS.bfu
et choisis "Enregistrer sous" (dans IE c'est "Enregistrer le lien sous..")
afin de télécharger EGDACCESS.bfu, Type "Tous les fichiers".
Sauvegarde dans le dossier créé (c:\BFU)
* FAIS UN CLIC-DROIT sur le lien ci dessous

* lance le fichier Navipromo.bat qui se trouve dans le dossier Navipromo, sur ton bureau.
* Sélectionne l'option "Recherche et suppression automatique". Patiente.
S'il trouve quelque chose, tu verras défiler des lignes dans la fenêtre de commande et au bout de quelques instants, il faudra que tu appuies sur une touche pour que le nettoyage soit lancé. Lorsqu'il a terminé, ferme le rapport qui s'est ouvert
* Relance l'outil, Sélectionne l'option "Suppression Heuristique", et patiente quelques minutes.
Lorsqu'il a terminé, ferme le rapport qui s'est ouvert
* Démarre le "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant sur BFU.exe.
Clique sur le petit dossier jaune, à la droite de la boîte "Scriptline to execute", et double-clique sur : EGDACCESS.bfu
- Dans la boîte "Scriptline to execute", tu devrais maintenant voir ceci : C:\BFU\EGDACCESS.bfu
Clique sur "Execute" et laisse-le faire son travail.
Attendre que "Complete script execution" apparaîsse et clique sur OK.
Clique exit pour fermer le programme BFU.
Recommence encore une fois.
* Démarre encore le "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant sur BFU.exe.

Tout c'est bien passer j'ai réussi a tout faire je n'est trouver que "electronic-group" dans éditeur aprouvés et je l'est suprimer voila pour le reste le rapport

Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.

* lance AVG Anti-Spyware et clique sur le bouton Mise à jour. Patiente

Lors de mon analyse system le logiciel trouve 20 fichier infecter et dans le carré de prévisualisation des résultats il m'en affiches 4

Bon apriorie tout a bien marcher car le virus a lair d'avoir disparu ainsi que d'autre problem que j'avais avec mon pc je te montre se rapport dit moi si tu voit dautre problem

j'aurais une question hors sujet si c'est possible ?
Je voudrais savoir comment crée un CD de restauration system car lors de l'achat de mon pc je n'est recu aucun CD de windows ou autre voila si tu sait comment faire jamerais bien savoir comment faire ?

ps : jai faits les action apré le rapport comme un couillons mais tkt pas tout c'est suprimé
suis pas certaine d'avoir compris, tout a été supprimé ou mis en quarantaine ou non ?
si non refait un scan avg et poste le rapport mais après
ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport hijackthis

c'est un pc de marque genre packar belle ou HP ?
en général dans le cas où les cd ne sont pas fournis avec et c'est souvent comme ça maintenant, il faut le faire dès le début, il est prévu dans le pc de quoi le faire. Tu n'avais pas d'icone sur ton bureau au départ te demandant de faire les cd ?

A la fin du scan avg j'ai sauvegarder le rapport et apres j'ai fait "appliquer toutes les action" mais touts les fichier qui avais était infecter on été traiter aucun probleme de se coter je te mets le rapport hijackthis

as tu regardé dans démarrer----tous les programmes si tu n'as pas quelque chose pour les faire, moi j'ai ceci par exemple
* creez vos 2 cd systeme et pilotes, je peux les refaire si je veux à n'importe quel moment.
C'est étonnant, car sans cela, tu ne peux pas te créer un cd
je suppose que c'est une version OEM (pré installée)

Bon pour la resto systeme laisse tomber par contre mon pere et moi meme souhaitons te remercier que dirais tu d'une superbe boite de chocolat (croit moi ils sont bon ^^) car tu ma vraiment bien aider j'étais pres a jeté le pc avec cette conerie de trojan alor si tu n'y voie aucun problem je pourais tenvoyer une belle boite de chocolat envoi moi ta réponse par pm ou comme tu ve en tout cas jte remerci vraiment bcp tu ma sauver la vie !!!!
