Problème d'accès à "la banque postale" avec Mozilla Firefox

Hello,
for a few days now, I can no longer connect to La Banque Postale using Firefox.
(it works with IE, but that’s not my browser).
Message: "Not Found, The requested URL /accueil/particuliers.html resulted in an error."
I can access it another way, but I get this message:
"connection without javascript"
Yet, javascript is enabled.
If anyone has a tip...

    Hello,

    clear the Firefox cache.

    tools
    options
    advanced
    network tab
    cached web content
    clear now

    delete your cookies in Firefox.

    tools
    options
    privacy
    show cookies
    remove all cookies

    restart Firefox
