Maitre Amuda Kanda does not exist; he’s a scammer or a Ivorian fraudster.
for the scholarship he will ask for registration fees of several hundred euros that will go straight into his pocket. the best way to obtain a scholarship is to contact the ministry of education of your country directly.
this person is already being talked about here, he pretends to be a bailiff when he is not:

    Hello..
The best way to verify is to search the pagesjaunes of the country concerned... Be sure that the email and phone number provided by the individual match, as there is often 'identity theft'..
I really don't trust this dear Master Disassembled of the Scam University of Lagos..
I rather sense various 'fees' to be paid via W.U (The dear Master still does not have a Bank Account..).
If the Friend sent 'sensitive' documents like a copy of a ID card, she should go to the Police to file a report because her identity will be used in various scams.. And that's where the investigators will burst in..

tell your friend that she is being taken to the cleaners by a fake exotic notary who will demand file fees payable by Western Union and that she will never get a scholarship with this kind of person.

      If the Friend could:
1- See the face of the cookie-cutter of the pseudo 'Master'..
      2- Test his basic knowledge....
she would quickly be fixed on this infamous gnome working 18/24 in the back room of a filthy cybercafe..
      See you later

      Hello great lucky one!

You are certainly the beneficiary of a few million dollars and the Dear Beninese Master contacts you for the 'availability' or 'Certificate' fees that you must pay to retrieve the fabulous loot..

Now you understand that this is a SCAM.. No need to contact the Dear Master’s Offices, his only intention is to fleece you.. Maraboute it!
