Bonjour,
1. On your Google Chrome browser, open a new tab and type "chrome://plugins" (without quotes) in the address bar, hit Enter. This will bring you to the Plugin page.
2. Click the Details on the upper-right corner of the page and it will show you the details of all plugins installed.
3. Locate "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\21.0.1180.89\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll". It should be the first option under Shockwave Flash Plugin, or just type 'pepper' in the search box (Ctrl + F).
4. Click Disable. Once you've disabled the Pepper Flash, the word 'Enable' should show under it.
