Hello,
I reset my son's tablet because it was running very poorly.
So, I returned it to factory settings.
So far, so good, except when I go to settings, about the tablet, I can't update the system... which is from 2016...
Does anyone have any leads, please?

The latest available Android update for the Archos 101e Neon is version 5.1, Lollipop.
It is possible to update your tablet using another method. Check this link... https://toutandroid.fr/comment-mettre-a-jour-le-archos-101e/
