Hello,

I reset my son's tablet because it was running very poorly.

So, I returned it to factory settings.

So far, so good, except when I go to settings, about the tablet, I can't update the system... which is from 2016...

Does anyone have any leads, please?

    The latest available Android update for the Archos 101e Neon is version 5.1, Lollipop.
