WiFi Connection

Hello,
For several days now I haven’t been able to connect my Toshiba laptop to the Bouygues Télécom Wi-Fi network. At first, it indicated an unidentified network; after troubleshooting, it now says the network adapter is disconnected, and I can't reconnect it. I released the adapter using the cmd command, but it still shows the same thing. When I display the wireless networks, my box appears with a red cross next to it, and when I click on it, it says: the settings saved on this computer for the network do not match the required configuration for the network. Does anyone have a solution?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 24.0.1312.56 / Toshiba Laptop

    Hello;

    Control Panel/Network and Internet/Network and Sharing Center/Manage Wireless Networks
    Then delete all the networks listed and reconfigure your internet connection as it was the first time you used your PC.

    It still doesn't work, it says: the connection between your access point, router, or cable modem and the internet is interrupted. What I find strange is that on my other laptop which uses VISTA, the WIFI works perfectly.
