Network slowdowns

Hello,
I am very worried about the health of my internet connection lately because it takes me about 2 hours to download a 400MB file and the speed test results are not great either:
Download: 0.61 Mbps
Upload: 0.17 Mbps
I am on Wi-Fi but I am 1.5m away from my router.
Can someone help me improve my speed and understand why my connection is so slow?

    2. Connection Method

    -The best way to connect your computer(s) is via ethernet cable. If the box isn’t too far away, prefer this type of connection.

    -If there are not many obstacles, connect it via wifi (with a wifi key of 150 or 300 Mbit/s if possible).
    -- By the way, check the box settings to see if you are on wifi "N" and not just "B/G" --

    -If your electrical network is recent and the wifi is not well received, use powerline adapters (CPL).

    3. Browser

    -The internet browsers to prefer are

    - Google Chrome
    - Firefox
    - Opera

    Make sure they are up to date

    4. Toolbars

    Toolbars slow down your browser; to remove them:

    Close all your software and browsers

    Open AdwCleaner (run as administrator for Windows 7 and Vista)

    And remove

    Your computer will restart and post the report here

    5. Computer

    If your computer is very slow, it goes without saying that internet pages will take a long time to load.
    If the startup, program opening, etc. are slow, report it.
