Hello,
I bought an Epson SX445W printer a few weeks ago. I set it up, but when I start a print, the "paper jam" message appears. I've looked everywhere, and nothing is blocking the printing. Additionally, it worked once for a print and another time for a copy. I don't understand.
Could someone help me?
Thank you! Have a good day.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 18.0

If she's talking about paper jam, it means there's a piece of paper stuck somewhere.
Normally, you can always remove that piece of paper by opening a few plastic covers, but it's not always visible if you don't open everything :)
To avoid jams, you should use quality paper, free of creases/folds, the correct size and thickness, and that hasn't been used for printing before.
