Infection avec la certified-toolbar-search

Bonjour,

Je me suis fait avoir par cette toolbar et j'ai trouvé sur ce forum d'autres billets relatifs à cette infection.

J'ai suivi les premières instructions en téléchargeant et en faisant une recherche avec adwcleaner.

J'ai ensuite installé et fait un scan avec MBAM qui a trouvé 24 fichiers infectés. Je les ai supprimé, ai redémarré l'ordi et vidé la quarantaine.

J'ai refais un scan avec MBAM et il ne trouve plus aucun fichier infecté.

J'ai enfin téléchargé et fait un scan avec ZHPDiag et obtenu le rapport.

Mais le fait est que le moteur de recherches de "certified-toolbar-search" est toujours là et s'impose à l'ouverture de IE, de Google Chrome (qui ne s'ouvre plus) et de FF ainsi que de Outlook.

Voila où j'en suis, dois-je envoyer maintenant le dernier rapport obtenu de ZHPDiag à l'adresse http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ ?

Sur Chrome par exemple...
Tu ne me proposes pas de le réinstaller...
Mais sur les autres aussi... IE ça m'est égal, je ne m'en sert pratiquement pas, mais sur FF OUI

J'ai commencé par Chrome.

Je l'ai désinstallé en utilisant le mode avancé du revo uninstaller.
J'ai vu après désinstallation qu'il y avait encore l'icone dans le menu démarrer, j'ai cliqué dessus et Chrome s'est ouvert.
Pourtant, il n'est plus dans la liste des programmes installés...
Je suis allé vérifier dans le le panneau de configuration de Windows... Plus de traces... Et pourtant il est toujours là...
J'ai redémarré l'ordi... pas de changements... Chrome est toujours là !

je vais essayer de faire la même chose pour désinstaller FF et je reviens...

Par contre lorsque j'ouvre une fenêtre Google Chrome, plus de toolbarre... Il y a du mieux.

J'ai viré FF, je réinstalle IE et FF et je reviens...

OK, FF est réinstallé et parait Clean.

par contre je n'ai pas su désinstaller IE et il n'est pas possible de réinstaller la version téléchargée, j'ai un message d'erreur "l'installation ne peut pas se poursuivre car une version plus récente d'IE est installée sur votre ordinateur."

Par contre rien à faire avec les autres softs infectés... Word, Excel, PPT, le bloc notes, Filezilla... pour ne citer que les outils que j'utilise au quotidien...

Chrome et FF ont l'air OK.
IE est encore infecté.
La plupart des autres applications que j'utilise sont toutes infectées.
Si le processus pour me débarrasser de cette M... est de désinstaller les programme pour les reinstaller ensuite, je vais m'amuser...

Je me doute, je commence à fatiguer aussi...

si cette M... n'apparaît qu'à l'ouverture des programmes comme c'est le cas actuellement et qu'ensuite elle n'a pas d'autre impact, alors je vais peut être être obligé de faire avec... jusqu'au jour où je vais décider de réinitialiser cet ordi comme il était à sa sortie d'usine...

C'est peut être la solution... NON ?

Comme j'ai un autre ordi, je peut tenter de transférer tout le contenu d'un ordi sur l'autre qui ne pose pas de soucis et réinitialiser celui-ci...

Si tu ouvres tes programmes a problème direct a partir de Program Files sans passé par le raccourci, as-tu encore le même souci avec la toolbar?

OUI, absolument, je n'ouvre les programmes comme Outlook, Word, Excel ou encore Filezilla ou le bloc notes qu'en passant par le menu démarrer...

C'est dingue ce truc...
