Hello,
I have an image that I would like to modify, namely to select only a part of it, copy it, and paste it into another document (for example, Open Office Writer). However, when I make my selection with the rectangle icon, and then I click copy, it tells me that my selection will be saved to the clipboard. But what is the clipboard? Where can I find it, and is there an easier way to select a part of the document and save it?
Thank you for your help,
Carole
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 24.0.1312.52

Hello,
I copy, I am told that my selection will be stored in the clipboard
That's always what the "copy" function does.
to paste to another document (Open Office Text, for example)
When you have copied in PDF Xchange Viewer, you switch to Open Office Text and you paste: this works for all copy/paste.
What is the clipboard?
It's the system function that stores "copied" data and waits for a paste command to provide the information.
