Migration vers ubuntu 11.4 impossible

Bonjour,
Je n'arrive pas à mettre à niveau ma version d'ubuntu 10.4.
En mode graphique le gestionnaire de mise à jour me dit : "Votre version d'Ubuntu n'est plus supportée". Et quand je clique sur "mettre à niveau il me dit : "Impossible de trouver les notes de version".
En mode console sudo apt-get update ne marche pas mieux. Ci-après la liste des messages d'erreur :
Quelqu'un aurait-il une suggestion sur l'origine de ce problème ?

un petit résolu peut être ? ? ? ;).
Comme c'est écrit ta version d'ubuntu n'est plus supportée.
Cela signifie qu'étant donné que cette version est obsolète il te faut utiliser une distribution ubuntu plus récente pour pouvoir l'installer.
J'explique : lors de l'installation ubuntu va chercher sur des serveurs tous les programmes ( paquets ) nécessaire à son fonctionnement. Ces paquets ne sont plus disponibles sur ces serveurs donc ton installation sera incomplète et ton système ne sera pas à jour. D'où ton message.
Ensuite je te conseille de ne pas faire de transfert vers une version plus récente par cette méthode, c'est pas ce qu'il y a de mieux.
Sauvegarde ton home et réinstalles les fichiers que tu souhaites installer en les recopiant du disque dur sur lequel tu auras sauvegardé vers ton nouveau home.
