I contacted them again...
Well apparently they are going to cancel the orders for new customers whose bank accounts are not verified.
Because many orders were placed with stolen cards...
So they are transferring my file to another department so that I can place an order again.
I told them that I would do it again with the same credit card but by modifying the items in my order.
So I'm supposed to receive an email informing me that the situation is resolved so that I can place another order.
We'll see now...

I have placed several orders with YOOX and have never had any issues on their part.
However, for those who have had canceled orders, it's often due to your bank.
Sometimes when the amount is too large or when you've exceeded the online payment limit, or if your bank suspects possible fraud, the payment will be declined, but it has nothing to do with YOOX.
As for me, I already made a purchase worth around €400, but the payment didn't go through. Fortunately, I still received the jacket, and as a result, I couldn't place any more orders until the payment for the jacket was settled.
I didn't receive any messages, nothing at all; I made other purchases that were all canceled, so I called YOOX.
After my call, I received an email informing me of the payment failure for the jacket, then I made the payment for the jacket this time via bank transfer as requested in the email.
Today, everything has returned to normal, so for those who doubt the site, you are mistaken!

But what are these liars on this site? I've been ordering from Yoox for 4 years. I've never had a problem, always delivered super quickly, the package already includes a return label, and the return period is 100 days. Anyway, I don't know anything better.
