Hello, I would like to know if anyone has ever ordered from Yoox.fr? Because the prices are very interesting, for example, I want to buy a pair of Prada sneakers that costs 300 euros in stores and only costs me 137 euros (+ promo code -20 euros), whereas it was at 157 euros. I would not like to get ripped off and receive a fake product. Is there an authentication number for the item when we receive the package (because every pair of Prada shoes has one)? Hello,

I placed two orders, both of which were cancelled without any explanation.
When I called customer service (Yoox does not bother to verify or inform), I learned that it is related to a banking issue.
As my account is well funded, this response is irrelevant. It shows the seriousness of this company and the little consideration given to customers.

I encountered the exact same problem!! And we are not the only ones

I took advantage of a discount during Black Friday and my order was also canceled!!
I am told that I can reorder it but without the promotions!!

That means 660 instead of 360!! It's a scam

I am appalled by these dubious methods and it's impossible to reach a manager!!

This site is unfortunately counterfeit once every two times. Sometimes the clothes arrive as they would from the designer, sometimes they are counterfeit... 1/2...

Having tested this site several times and having had very bad surprises, that's it, I have shut down this site for good... so be cautious!
