Hello,

Here is my problem.
I think the HDMI ports of my television are not working and I don't know how to get them to work.

My TV is a Techwood L32825HDT-MKII
I have tried with two different new HDMI cables and with several devices (TV box and laptop).
The TV has two HDMI ports, so I have tried both ports without success.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM !!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

Silly question, did you press AV and select HDMI 1 or HDMI 2?

I tried with 2 computers and 2 HDMI cables on HDMI 1 and 2.
It seems like either my ports are disabled or broken...
Except that they haven't been used.

I tried to contact Techwood, but I can't find a number or reach them, and since it's a screen I won in a raffle over 2 years ago, it's impossible to make a warranty claim...

Is it a laptop or a desktop PC?

The PCs are set up for HDMI.
One is a laptop and the other is a desktop.
One is on Vista (desktop)
The other is on Windows 7 (laptop).
