Icon sound that is permanently displayed on the screen

Hello, for several days now, the sound icon on my screen has been appearing by itself and it's really becoming annoying since it's right in the middle of the screen. I've already looked on several websites but no one has found a solution to my problem. I hope someone here can help me solve this issue that's starting to be unbearable.

    I tried, and the icon is still there, but it's not the icon at the bottom right of the screen; it's right in the middle.
    At the bottom of the screen, there is a volume button, and when you press it, an icon appears saying "Volume" in big letters, with a volume bar below it from 0 to 100, and that's what keeps displaying all the time.

      And it doesn't work when you open the mixer?
      Unplug and plug your speakers back in.

    Hi, try to mute it and activate it as well as open the volume controller and place it in a corner of your PC if that doesn't work!^^

      Install and uninstall the sound card drivers, but first try removing and reinserting the sound card from your PC.
