Hello,
I connected my BBOX via HDMI to my Dell W3706MC television, I have the picture but no sound...
Can someone help me fix this problem please? Moreover, there's nothing in the audio menu of the television to help me....

I would like to follow up on Jefray's question, as I am in the same situation:
Smart TV connected via HDMI to the BBOX Sensation -> Image OK but no SOUND.
I had the BBOX replaced but that did not resolve the issue; I also tried another HDMI cable to check that it was not a connection problem.
Note: The Freebox worked perfectly via HDMI with my TV.
