Server MB/S Turin -> Lyon

Hello,
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 23.0.1271.64
I tested my connection with speedtest, and my connection is MUCH faster when I connect to the Lyon server (lafibreinfo.net and 10.38mb/s) than to the Turin server (B.B.BELL and 1.28mb/s). However, by default speedtest puts me on the Turin server (http://www.speedtest.net/), so I assume that when I connect to the Internet to visit sites, I connect to the Turin server. How can I change this so that my Inventel Livebox (Orange) automatically connects to the Lyon server instead of Turin? I don’t know much, but I have a little bit of knowledge anyway.
