Hello,

I am reaching out to request your help regarding a logic and reasoning test for admission to the Software Qualification (QL) training, scheduled for tomorrow at the software quality school. I wanted to know if any of you have already taken this test; if so, could you please tell me what type of test they offer? I was informed about this only today, and since I am working until 6 PM, I don't have much time to prepare. This training is very important to me as I am considering a career change, and I want to succeed in this test.
I look forward to your responses, and I thank you in advance.

Hello,

I took the logic and reasoning selection tests last Thursday. I received the response today, Monday.

Preparation is absolutely necessary. The tests are of the same type as those for the TAGE-MAGE.
15 minutes for the logic test. 20 minutes for the reasoning test.
That’s 30 seconds per question. High stress.
People coming from business schools, engineering schools, or those who have done preparatory classes will be comfortable as they are used to this type of exercise. For university students, it’s a different story.

SELECTIVE TRAINING at a high level. For my session, here are the numbers: 400 CVs, 150 invitations to the tests, 50 passed before a jury, 25 presented to partner companies. At the end of the line: 20 people are admitted to training.

Here is the scale:
"Our battery of tests is scored out of 70 points (logic = 30 + reasoning = 40). In response to the requirements imposed by the pace of our pedagogical progressions, we have established a minimum threshold of 35 points to be obtained out of 70 (logic = 15 + reasoning = 20) to access this curriculum."

The logic tests are eliminatory. You must achieve an average score to be selected for the next step of the selection process.

I prepared quickly with the tests recommended by Flog78 and I obtained 30 points (14 in logic and 16 in reasoning). Not selected. I regret the lack of preparation.

IMPORTANT: YOU CAN ONLY TAKE THESE TESTS ONCE A YEAR (across all companies). In case of failure, you will have to wait 1 year to apply again. BE SURE OF YOURSELF BEFORE GOING TO THE APPOINTMENT.

Good luck and prepare properly.

Reasoning Test:
A bit like this http://www.aide-emploi.net/suit.htm

Logic Test:
In the first two squares, there are compositions of shapes: squares, dots, triangles, bars, double bars... You need to draw the next 2 squares.
The difficulty increases.

Examples 1 and 2 here but with more elements: http://histoiredechiffres.free.fr/tests%20de%20logique/17%20logique1.htm

I hope this helps you. Good luck!

Hello,
I myself am interested in this school for a career change to AMOA.
I can't find any information about this training. It's very frustrating. Do you think this training is serious and actually leads to a job? Have you received any feedback from former "students"? If you have any information, I would appreciate it... Thank you.
