ensuite j'ai telecharger usbfix sur une cle usb via un ordinateur de bureau pour le coller sur le bureau de mon pc portable (car j'ai beau configurer ma connexion internet ca ne marche pas)

mais quand je demande a supprimer, le système s'arrête avec autorite nt\system car le rpc s'est arrêté de façon inattendue avec un décompte d'une minute.
quelqu'un pourrait m'aider s'il vous plait? je ne sais plus quoi faire :(

mais quand je demande a supprimer, le système s'arrête avec autorite nt\system car le rpc s'est arrêté de façon inattendue avec un décompte d'une minute.
quelqu'un pourrait m'aider s'il vous plait? je ne sais plus quoi faire :(

il n'y a que l'option default ( je tape entree rien)
en rouge : press [tab] to edit option( >/ubnkern initrd=/ubninit _)
je tape entree et je revient sur ma premiere image.

bsen le probleme c'est que je n'ai aucun cd pour ce pc le n° de licence windows xp pro est colle en dessous du pc. et j'ai seulement des cd pour win7 et plus de licence pour celui la par contre
Bonjour, voilà c est la cata! Le cd a marche mais J ai fait une bêtise. Des fichier ont été supprimer et apparemment ils étaient nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de Windows. Par contre je n ai plus de virus. Au début au redémarrage meme avec ctrl+alt+suppr cela n'avait aucun effet. Par chance j'avais un DVD ou il y avait xp sp2 dessus. J ai recréer un nouveau compte et en faisant f8 je retrouve mon bureau et le menu démarrer. Mais regedit introuvable impossible d accéder au panneau de configuration les extension se termine en .ink meme certaine icône ont change et aussi certain fichier compresses se décompresse avec vlc!
