ensuite j'ai telecharger usbfix sur une cle usb via un ordinateur de bureau pour le coller sur le bureau de mon pc portable (car j'ai beau configurer ma connexion internet ca ne marche pas)

mais quand je demande a supprimer, le système s'arrête avec autorite nt\system car le rpc s'est arrêté de façon inattendue avec un décompte d'une minute.
quelqu'un pourrait m'aider s'il vous plait? je ne sais plus quoi faire :(

mais quand je demande a supprimer, le système s'arrête avec autorite nt\system car le rpc s'est arrêté de façon inattendue avec un décompte d'une minute.

Désinstalle PCTuto, pour comprendre pourquoi : https://forum.security-x.fr/securite-generale/tuto4pc-et-accord-de-licence/

bon desolee pour le temps que j'ai mis a repondre. j'ai telecharger iso de drweb et unebooth. j'ai fait exactement ce que tu ma dit de faire juju et le pc m'a demander de redemarrer. ce que je n'ai pas car ce n'est ps sur ce pc que je veux faire la desinfection.
maintenant je vais redemarrer le pc portable sous bios en donnant la priorite de boot a la cle usb.
le programme se lance et j'ai un encadre avec ecrit default, englishn russian... un decompte de quelques second et l'icone de la touche tab. je ne touche a rien pendant 3 minutes , ca ne bouge pas. je press ALT+F1.
