Printing issue with Epson Stylus SX235W

Hello,

I recently changed the ink cartridges in my EPSON Stylus SX235W printer with similar cartridges from the Boulanger brand that the seller recommended, but since then I have been unable to print or even copy anything; my printer indicates that there is a problem with the ink cartridges.
Can someone please help me because I am a student and I really need my printer for my classes.

    Hello,
    do your cartridges have the correct numbers? Are the cartridges placed in the right slots?

    What kind of error message is your printer giving you?
