Hello,
it's now been 10 days since I ordered from mini in the box,
the issue is that I don't have a tracking number and when I ask them a question about it, they don't respond correctly. Have you ever encountered this kind of problem? And have you had issues with this site?
I'm really worried.... Thank you in advance for your responses.

  The items you ordered come from China!! Most often, shipping costs are not paid! So they will not send your personal order to France as it would be too expensive for them! Therefore, they usually wait for the hundred to be filled! As a result, the delivery time varies a lot depending on the orders! Personally, I ordered two items and they arrived 1 month after nine, well packaged!! Be patient.... As for the tracking number, it is explained on their site...

I have been waiting for 25 days, even though I placed an express shipping order!!!

Furthermore, I have been waiting for 32 days for a refund for a cancelled order!

This needs to be known!
The announced delivery times, regardless of the chosen option, are a scam!
They absolutely do not take into account what is stated on their site; and the gullible get fooled, thinking they will receive their package in a maximum of 1 week!

Personally, I do not recommend this site: not reliable!

Moreover, when you send after-sales questions, they choose to close the subject themselves when they don't have an honest solution to provide.
This means you can no longer contact them!!!!

Not better, I ordered on 03/01/2013 and there’s no sound, no image... I didn’t know it was Chinese. If I had known, I would have bought in France, maybe I would have paid more, but at least I would have gotten what I wanted on time.

I really don’t appreciate this policy of artistic ambiguity, where customers are led to believe that their order will arrive quickly, that delivery is free, etc...

The same goes for customs fees, they conveniently don’t mention that... So do your research before ordering from Lightinthebox and Miniinthebox because honestly, I can only blame myself, but I’m not going to order anything from this **** site again.

Some will be lucky and receive their orders on time, with no customs fees, while others will end up with nothing.

Moreover, we’re getting screwed in the EU with China, so don’t hesitate to look elsewhere in my humble opinion...

  Hello, I'm facing the same issues of buyer's remorse on this site. I realize that by choosing to order from outside France for just a few euros, I have been taken advantage of and, more importantly, I have harmed French merchants and artisans. It comes from China. So it usually takes two weeks for delivery.

Well, I had ordered before seeing all the messages and complaints, and it really scared me. After 10 (or 12?) days of anxiety, I received one of my orders, and gradually the days after that. On the site, they inform you about customs fees, so you are normally warned ^^, so personally, I have no problem with miniinthebox. I should also mention that I only ordered jewelry, so I don't know if that changes anything. You just have to wait, that's all, but everything arrives normally.

Hello, I’ve been waiting for more than a month now. The payment was made on January 16th, the order was shipped on January 21st, and since then nothing... no tracking number for the order, impossible to reach customer service... It was a friend who introduced me to this site, she has never been disappointed and has always received her orders! As for me, it's bad luck for my first order!!! I’m really disappointed!

  I waited 25 days to pay an extra €34 for an order of €159 of zero quality. I'm ashamed to dress myself with this crap. I do not recommend anyone to order from this site. It's really crap compared to what you see in the pictures.

Well, it's the same for me. I placed an order on September 19 and there's still no order in sight. I won't be ordering from this site again.
If you know how to contact them to get a response, please let me know.
Because for me too, the payment has been made but there's no confirmation email, so I'm at a standstill.
