Subwoofer for soundbar

Thank you for this advice. After some patience, I succeeded. However, I spoke with Darty's customer service (where I purchased the soundbar with its Bluetooth subwoofer). They insisted that this subwoofer was only useful when watching a DVD in 5.1. It's strange because in the store, the salesperson demonstrated it on a TV showing a rugby match (Saturday afternoon on a public channel). I was able to get it to work correctly by connecting the DVD player to the TV via HDMI (IN) and then connecting the soundbar to the TV via HDMI (OUT). Additionally, my soundbar is connected to the TV via an optical cable. The advantage of this connection is that I can control my TV with the soundbar's remote (both devices are SAMSUNG). I also replaced a faulty HDMI cable (I had no sound when switching to the C+ decoder).
In summary, everything works, but the soundbar's user manual is not very clear. I will now try to connect my iPOD to the soundbar via Bluetooth to see if it recognizes it.

Hello, I have an LG soundbar, I synced it with my LG TV, but the sound from the soundbar crackles. I don't know what to do, it's frustrating especially since it's new. I brought it back to the store, and the seller made it work perfectly, as if by magic. I came back home, reconnected it, and it worked fine. The next day I connected it via Bluetooth to my phone, and there it goes again, it starts crackling. Could someone help me???
