(Photoshop) I can't save.

So, I have a problem with my Photoshop; I can't save in any format anymore.

An error message appears: "unable to save 'my name' due to a disk error."

Do you have an answer to my problem?

Maybe the file is not in 8 bits? In which case, convert it (Image > Mode > 8 bits/channel).

Maybe he has a recording path in memory where you don't have permission to save (the CD drive or an external or network drive that may be unplugged).
Make sure to check where he's trying to save the file.

I had this problem, and by going to the external module preferences and scratch disks and modifying the disks, for me there was only one "at startup" on disk 1 by default. I set my hard drive back to disks 1 and 2, restarted Photoshop, and it was good.
