Hello
I would like to get advice on how to connect my Yamaha QY70 sequencer
to a BST lab 8/X table and then to the amplifier.
I have attached a small sketch in PDF. Thank you

Hello.
I can only get sound through the microphone input but it's distorted.
On the line input, I have a bit of sound but it's very weak.
If I go out through the master output to the amplifier, I get nothing.
Otherwise, on the rec output, I have a bit of sound
but it's faint. I'm wondering if the amplifier input 47k/800mv
is really correct. -
It's surprising...
You should try listening with headphones to eliminate possibilities.
If you connect the RCA outputs from the QY70 to Line, set the INPUT selectors to Line, adjust the two concerned volumes to 6, the Master volumes to 6, and the headphone volume to 6, it should work without any issues.
The same goes for listening on the amp.
(What is there at the back, between the input number and the white RCA jack?) -
Hello.
I proceeded by elimination.
I have to connect the QY70 to the table's mic output.
And the table's rec output goes to the amp output.
To get sound, otherwise the table's master output is not suitable
for the amp. Did you see the little sketch?
Here’s the link.

Hello
page 14 of the QY70 manual: a mini-jack stereo Y-cable to dual RCA is required
on the BST table, inputs 1/2 or 3/4. Use the red Line inputs.
To connect the table to the amplifier, use the Master Output (white and red) outputs.
