Hello, I would like to buy an iPhone and be able to go on the internet, unlimited, but without paying a plan over €13 (so I think it doesn't exist...)
But I've looked into it and I believe it's possible to access it for free if you have any plan, if you own a Livebox.
P.S.: I have an Orange Livebox and I cannot change it.

Hello
When you own an iPhone, you can connect to Wi-Fi networks within range of your iPhone as long as you have the password!
So if you're outside your home (in the street or elsewhere), you won't have unlimited access to the internet anymore (except for public hotspots for which you have the login)
For everything else, you will need a plan...
The cheapest plans start at €15 with Free (provided you have a Freebox, which is not the case)
Otherwise, it's €20 with Sosh (and you probably have similar offers from other low-cost operators)
