1. I would like to know how many days the sender can still check the transfer status after the money transfer is made via Western Union before it is permanently removed.
2. After the money transfer and wanting to check the status of my transfer, here is what I encountered on the evening of the day of my Western Union transfer.
"W0131 We do not have any transaction matching the information provided. Please check your information and click on "Check the status of another transfer".
What does this mean, an error with the transfer, or simply that the recipient has picked up the money and therefore it has removed the possibility of checking the sending or what exactly?
