Is BLUETECH a construction site?

Have you been able to find a solution to this problem? I need to change the connection cable between my two portable car DVD screens, and I can't find this type of wiring anywhere.

I bought a portable DVD player on sale at a Champion store at the end of May; I realized a few days later that there was no address on the box or on the manual.
After some research (Champion refers to Carrefour which passes it on to the manufacturer DVTech or DVDTech), I received a call from the company I.Dcom, 81 National Route 7, 69570 Dardilly, which gave me the phone number of the company in case there was a technical problem with the after-sales service. Instead of going through the Champion store (the product is guaranteed for 1 year).
The gentleman was very nice but didn't provide any real explanations about the lack of address: a "ordering party" problem...

My grandchildren have used it twice and it still works..
