    My budget is 100 euros, I want to play games like FPS such as BF3.

    If you change your graphics card for another one capable of running recent and demanding games like BF3, you will also need to change your power supply, which will not be sufficient; a budget of €100 will not be enough. You should also know that your current processor is very limited for such games; it is starting to get old...

    For €100, a graphics card that allows you to play properly on BF3+ along with a power supply will be hard to find...

    I propose this for under €150:

    This graphics card will allow you to play recent games without any problems.

    Ideally yes, the one you currently have is too weak for playing recent games... But if you decide to change the processor, you might as well change the entire PC and get a setup suited for recent games...
