Changing the graphics card in HP Pavilion Dv7

Question

Hello, I have had an HP Pavilion Dv7 1220ef for about 4 or 5 years, I believe, with an Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT graphics card, and I wanted to know if it might be possible to change the graphics card, basically to upgrade my setup. If not, what other components can I upgrade? I should mention that my processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 2.00GHz (32Bits). I have two monitors and I am running Windows 8 RC. Hi changing a graphics card in a laptop isn't complicated to dismantle, but finding one is another story. And if you're as unlucky as I am with my laptop when the GPU dies, good luck. My 8800M GT bought in the US, only available in France, well, there's none lol. Then you have to find the whole range of cards and even chips. Mine was MXM, yours is PM45. I don't know if that's interchangeable or not. I found this though http://www.willshops.com/laptop-parts-laptop-graphics-card-c-5_82.html but I don't trust it lol.
