Hello,

when I turn on the device, with the lens cover removed, I still get the message "lens cover" appearing on the screen, and I can't film or take photos.
Or more precisely, I film or photograph ... black!
I have performed a reset and then a reinitialization, but nothing works!
Can you tell me what I should do?

Hi, it's a problem with the inside of the lens, you need to get it repaired because a part needs to be replaced. The cost of this repair is quite high although the issue originates from the manufacturer.
