Osd locked appears on the screen

Hello,
since yesterday I have a window that occasionally pops up on the screen saying "attention osd locked" and I can't remove this window which is bothering me while I'm trying to consult. Also, at the bottom of my monitor, I can no longer manually adjust the sound, contrast, brightness, nothing works. I have tried all the possibilities listed on the forum, but nothing helps. I have HP equipment (HPw19b monitor that is 6 years old)
Please give me some ideas

Hello, try pressing the menu button for 10 seconds.

Good evening,
I have pressed the menu for at least 10 seconds with no effect.
I can browse the internet but I have this infamous window that appears from time to time and I can't adjust anything with the bottom buttons; when I touch them, the infamous window appears

Maybe the menu button is stuck?

no when I press menu, the small window appears and when I press menu again it disappears, then it automatically reappears from time to time

You have a problem with this button... if it appears, it's because it thinks you've pressed it, and if "it" is pressed for 10 seconds, it locks/unlocks which is why you see "OSD locked"...
