black screen after password registration Solved

Hello,

I have an Asus laptop, I turn on the computer, I get to the startup page, I type my password, hit enter and then the screen goes black and the computer stays on.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ????????

Well, you open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) then click on File + New Task and you add "explorer.exe" and that's it :) I hope I've been helpful.

Hello.

Try opening it in safe mode by pressing the F 8 key during the startup
of the PC. If it opens, go to user accounts and change your password (the same
with an additional character + or -). This is just a suggestion.

Good evening  thank you  I tried but when I open the task manager, all I see is a table with a bunch of incomprehensible entries for me, and I can't close it, I have to shut down the computer.

At first, you talked about a black screen, then a password issue, and now an error message... could you summarize the situation (which is quite unclear to me), and even better, provide us with an image of what you see (is it a black screen? blue?). Can you access the Windows desktop?

I found the solution, I pressed F9 right after turning on the computer without waiting, and the recovery finally started.

However, I think the battery doesn't work anymore, it charges for 10 seconds and then nothing, but for now it will be okay like this

Let's just say it's no longer a laptop .......................

I had the same problem, and by a stroke of luck: all you need to do is when you are on the page to enter your password, click the button to TURN OFF your computer... then turn it back on, enter your password and everything works again. (at least it worked for me).
