Thank you for the quick responses.

I tried to download the patch and here's what appears at the end:

"The update fix cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program that needs to be updated may be missing or the update fix may be intended for a different version of the program. Please verify that the program you want to update is on your computer and that you have the correct update fix."

The software is indeed installed on my computer with Windows 7.

Regarding Outlook, none of the topics on the forum address the issue of .dbx files from Outlook Express to Outlook 2010.
