Hello everyone,
While checking my bank accounts, I noticed that a payment of €75 with the description Carte Sfr Rech.Web/wap has been made from my account.

I am not an SFR customer, so I don't understand why such an amount was withdrawn from my account.
Can you help me resolve this issue and tell me how this could have happened?

Hello..
Is this a payment by credit card? If so, change your card in case its information has been compromised (theft during an online purchase or data breach of a merchant's database..
If this is indeed an unauthorized transaction, invoke the Monetary and Financial Code:

Article L133-18

In the case of an unauthorized payment transaction reported by the user under the conditions set out in article L. 133-24, the payment service provider of the payer immediately reimburses the payer the amount of the unauthorized transaction and, where applicable, restores the debited account to the state it would have been in had the unauthorized payment transaction not occurred.

The payer and their payment service provider may contractually agree on an additional compensation.

The bank cannot require you to file a complaint... It must comply with the regulations, which do not require a prior complaint....

I'm afraid this is a scam. SFR Rec/wap is mentioned in this thread discussing another scam of the same kind.

I can only advise you to contact your bank very quickly to block your account and to contact the police to file a complaint.

  If they were able to withdraw money from your account, it means they have your card details. It was probably hacked either at a tampered ATM or during the payment of a purchase (dishonest cashier or tampered card reader, gas station, toll booth...)

  My husband had the same issue but we were alerted by email with a confirmation code to verify that a payment of €9 was made at 4:27 AM on March 13, 2013, but it wasn't my husband who made the transaction. I called the bank, which told me there were 3 credit card transactions of €75 at 5 AM the same day, and I was told they were canceled. I immediately reported the credit card and went to my bank. They tell me that the transactions are authorized and that the source of the payments comes from an auto equipment supplier in the 92. It clicked for me that my husband orders online only from Oscaro.com, and the credit card transactions went through on the 15th under this name sfr wap/web. I don't understand anything!
  The worst part is that his card had been issued again in February 2013, and that's the only site he has used!!! Do not order from Oscaro using a credit card!!!!!

Hello,
I had the same problem with 2 SFR withdrawals of 75 euros during the night from Sunday to Monday. Fortunately, someone working in the fraud department of my bank called me on Monday morning at 9 am to warn me. I immediately blocked my credit card. That's when I researched online and read that if our PC is unusually slow and we've recently downloaded some small software or free utilities (which is my case), we often download malicious software, called spyware, that watches our banking operations online and sees the numbers we enter for our payments.
Indeed, I cleaned my PC, deleted all the latest software I had downloaded recently, and, miraculously, my PC is working normally and much faster now. I advise you to do the same and avoid downloading from certain sites.
If you have more information on this subject (spyware), please share it with us.

  Hello.
  I was charged €900 on my account due to a scam with my credit card on January 30 while I was at work! The charge is from SFR Puteaux and a ticket for Nanterre.
  The SFR agency in PUTEAUX received several calls like mine this morning at opening, and it turns out these are purchases made through the old SFR headquarters!
  I had to block my credit card immediately and go to the police station to file a report.
  The bank had me write a letter and will issue me a new card.
  I'm disgusted because I live alone and this amount is huge.
  I hope I will be reimbursed.
