Colored line on projector screen

Hello,

I have had an EPSON projector for just over two years, and since my last use, I noticed a problem with the display: a pink colored line appears at the top of the screen. Please understand that the line is not well-defined; it's more of a gradient, like a photo film exposed to the sun.

Could this problem be due to the bulb of my projector that needs to be replaced? If not, what could be the cause?
