You just need to go into the control panel/regional and language options. Change the decimal comma to a point. However, by doing this, you will be using the Anglo-Saxon system for your decimals, e.g., 1.5 instead of 1,5 in the Francophone system. And under Excel, you will need to use 1.5 for your calculations, otherwise it may not work (the machine does not recognize 1,5).

Indeed, only Excel has the point with this key.
Here is a macro for Word that allows you to get a comma. There is no reason it shouldn't work with PowerPoint:
