Hello, I have a big problem with my eeepc, it crashed and I wanted to reinstall Windows Starter using a USB stick because I don't have an external CD drive. So with another computer, I extracted my CD that came with my eeepc and created a bootable USB stick by using the command prompt as an administrator (I typed diskpart, list disk, then I chose my USB stick, followed by clean, create partition primary, select partition 1, active, format fs=fat32 quick). But when I plug my USB stick into my eeepc and ask it to boot from it, it doesn't find any Windows partition.
Please help me, I need my computer pretty quickly. Thanks
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Hello lacharpente, I already tried with this link but it won't restore Windows. It tells me that a file is missing to start the restoration.

Thanks for your help.

RE
What issue are you having with your PC?
Have you checked in the BIOS if your hard drive is recognized? Generally, in two places: in information and in BOOT. With the same references.

My hard drive is recognized, but it cannot find anything to restore Windows to its original state.

You didn't respond, what's the problem??
What happens when you try to start your PC normally, and what are the error messages?

I have no error message at startup, but the keys on my keyboard are all misconfigured.
