I can't log in to Skype anymore.

Hello, it usually works most of the time. We're going to uninstall it and install it like this:

Make sure Skype is completely closed in the task manager.
- Remove Skype from the rules in the exceptions of the firewall. A new exit request will be made during the next launch.
- Use this "karcher" by carefully following the procedure.
- Restart the PC.

Normally, when uninstalling, some remnants of Skype remain, and even when downloading, it still retains the faults, hence the (karcher).
