Hello everyone
I am here to ask my following question because I have no sound on my laptop and I don't know for how long because I was given this computer... I have tried everything, the forums, My Config.com, etc....
So hoping to find a solution from you....

    Go to Start
    Run
    Type: devmgmt.msc and OK.

    See if there are any question marks and which ones?

    Also provide the list displayed under audio controllers.

    Is SP3 installed?
