Hello,
For the past few days I have been unsuccessfully trying to install Windows 7 Starter on an SD card. So I'm reaching out to you to find out how to do it. I have at my disposal a 16GB SD card, a 16GB USB drive, and a computer running Windows Vista.
Configuration: Linux / Firefox 14.0.1

Hi
Anyway, 16GB is too little to install Windows 7, you need a minimum of 20 to 25GB even for Starter.
Furthermore, Windows is not a "portable" OS like Linux, it must be installed on an internal hard drive or SSD.
Before asking a question: 1° The brain doesn’t wear out if you use it, don’t hesitate to use it!
2° Google is your friend, the search engine of CCM as well, do a search! -
Yes, I recommend a good XP over a little Windows 7.

How do you install Starter???
Because Windows 7 Starter is not for sale....

And why install it on an SD card?
If you want to use your SD card on any PC and boot from it, you can stop right now because it won't work (the same goes if you do this with a USB stick).
